ROOTS by Diane Morgan

Cookbook author Diane Morgan asked me to help her promote her new cookbook, ROOTS (Chronicle Books, Oct. 2012). During outreach to national publications, an editor at Oprah Magazine asked Diane to create new recipes using root vegetables for a feature on veggie fries and dipping sauces. The recipe feature included Diane’s original recipes and a byline and was an early indicator that ROOTS will be a huge success!
